Cecilia Sepp Joins Association Laboratory Inc.
as Senior Strategy Associate

Chicago, Illinois, January 1, 2008 - Association Laboratory Inc. today announced that Cecilia Sepp, a veteran association executive, will work with the company as a Senior Strategy Associate. Ms. Sepp will work directly with clients on the research and development of business strategy, where she will apply her nearly two decades of experience in association management and marketing.

Cecilia began her career in Washington, DC at the US Chamber of Commerce, focusing on policy analysis in the area of labor and employment issues. After her tenure at the Chamber, Cecilia’s career shifted from policy and legislation to association management. At the Association of Corporate Counsel (formerly the American Corporate Counsel Association) she filled a variety of roles over a five-year period, including board relations, media relations, newsletter writing and editing, and component relations.

She has held leadership positions at the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and Tappers With Attitude, Inc., a non-profit arts organization dedicated to preserving the American art of tap dance.

Cecilia is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Center for Association Leadership, where she is currently chairing the Gold Circle Awards program. She is also serving as the 2007-2008 President of Washington Independent Writers.
