Dean West of Association Laboratory to Speak at Avectra Users & Developers Conference

Chicago, Illinois, January 2, 2012 - Association Laboratory Inc. announced that Dean West, FASAE, President, Association Laboratory, will speak at the annual Avectra Users & Developers Conference. The conference takes place February 26-28, 2012, at the Contemporary Resort in Orlando Florida.

Mr. West will be presenting on defining the member experience, measuring member engagement and using this knowledge to improve strategic and tactical marketing decision-making.

Dean West is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives and a leading voice for data-driven association business strategy. He is former member of the ASAE Membership Council and a past Chair of the ASAE Professional Development Council. He also frequently contributes to ASAE books. Mr. West authored chapters for two ASAE books related to Professional Development and Membership.
