Dean A. West, President of Association Laboratory named to
ASAE Membership Council

Chicago, Illinois, June 1, 2009 - Association Laboratory Inc. today announced that Dean West, President of Association Laboratory has been re-appointed to the ASAE Membership Council.

"Contributing to the ongoing development of knowledge in membership is essential to our profession." Said Mr. West, "I'm excited to continue working with so many other capable volunteers and staff on these issues."

Dean West is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Association Forum of Chicagoland. He has a long history of volunteer leadership including a stint as Chairman of the ASAE Professional Development Council and the Editorial Board for the ASAE and the Center of Association Leadership Journal of Association Leadership. He has also authored articles for two ASAE & the Center publications on Professional Development and Membership.
