Association Laboratory Announces Expanded Role for Long-time Strategic Partner Cecilia Sepp, Takes DC Lead

CHICAGO, June 1, 2011 – Association Laboratory announced today that long-time strategic partner, Cecilia Sepp, will take the lead in DC in her role as Senior Associate, Strategy & Client Leadership.

Sepp has worked with Association Laboratory for six years; she joined its Core Management Team in 2008. Sepp has been the lead on qualitative research and communications since joining the company, and in recent years, she added strategic planning & facilitation, quantitative research, and client liaison to her Association Laboratory portfolio.

"This is an exciting opportunity to bring an innovative association consultancy to the forefront of the DC community," said Sepp. "Building on my years of experience as an association executive, volunteer leader, and consultant, I look forward to continuing service to the association community in this expanded role."

Sepp is active in DC’s association community, specifically with Center for Association Leadership (ASAE). She has served in leadership roles on the ASAE Communications Section Council since 2008, and was the Founding Chair of the Gold Circle Awards Committee (2006-08). She presents at ASAE conferences and has contributed to ASAE publications. In 2007, Sepp joined the faculty of ASAE’s CenterU, where she facilitates courses on marketing, component relations, leadership, and management.
