Chicago, Illinois, August 31, 2002 - Association Laboratory Inc. today announced that two senior executives had been named to volunteer leadership posts within the American Society of Association Executives and the Association Forum of Chicagoland. These appointments are a continuation of the national recognition the company has recently received through requests for articles and speaking engagements to association executives and volunteer leaders.

Dean West was named Chairman of the Professional Development Council at the recent American Society of Association Executives convention in Denver, Colorado. As Chairman, Mr. West will help guide the development of improved professional development activities at the association. This post is in addition to his positions on the Professional Practices Committee of the Association Forum of Chicagoland and Editorial Advisory Council for the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives.

Sara Cameron May, Vice President of Association Research was named Chairman of the Forum's Editorial Advisory Committee of the Association Forum of Chicagoland. Miss May oversees the committee responsible for producing the Forum's flagship publication. This is her second year as Chairman of the committee.
