The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association is the only trade association dedicated solely to improving the proficiency of the independent material handling equipment distributor. The Mission of MHEDA is to further improve the proficiency of independent material handling distributors in order that they continue to be the most effective and efficient conduit to the marketplace and to be a resource to the distributor for services and information.

Project Description

Association Laboratory conducted both internal and external primary research and developed a complete membership marketing plan including market estimate, promotional and positioning strategy and recommended tactical execution and sales projections. They also developed and facilitated a customized process that helped the MHEDA Board to create a long-term organizational Vision and corresponding organizational strategy.
