Nikki Haton, Analyst with Association Laboratory, recently presented at the Association Forum’s Holiday Showcase. Her presentation, in collaboration with Ralph Gaillard, Executive Director of the Illinois CPA Society, focused on the development of an association content strategy. The event highlighted findings from the recent Association Laboratory white paper, Introduction to Creating and Sustaining an Association Content Strategy, which incorporates insights from more than two dozen association leaders.
