Dan Rangel is responsible for managing Association Laboratory’s research operations, including system implementation and client research support. Dan also participates in content and educational development activities, corporate marketing, and sales efforts.
Dan is a seasoned research and customer success professional with extensive experience in marketing research, member engagement, and data-driven insights. He specializes in building strong relationships, driving growth, and leveraging technology to enhance respondent engagement.
With a career spanning over three decades, Dan has held leadership roles at such prestigious research firms as Enghouse Insights, Blackstone Group, Ipsos, Circana, all of which he led data collection/processing teams, optimized research methodologies, and managed large-scale research projects for prominent global brands.
Dan played a pivotal role in expanding key accounts by implementing custom solutions and leveraging voice-based survey technologies. His expertise in customer engagement, KPI-driven success strategies, and cross-functional collaboration helped clients maximize the value of their research deliverables.
Dan’s expertise in SaaS, CX, and research insights enables him to bridge the gap between business objectives and actionable insights. Dan’s background in data collection includes digital surveys, live agent/non-live agent interviewing, SMS surveys, and panel support.
Currently, Dan serves on the board and is a past Chapter Service Award winner with the Insights Association North Central Chapter as the Director of Regional Member Engagement, where he fosters connections and engagement among professionals in the insights and analytics industry.
