Joe Bates is responsible for leading client engagements and contributes special expertise in benchmarking, data analytics and conjoint analysis to client engagements.
Joe Bates has more than 20 years of experience in the research industry and is an expert in qualitative and quantitative research design. He has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, political polling and nonprofit strategy for groups as diverse as the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and the Global Business Travel Association.
Mr. Bates has been a guest lecturer at institutions including The College of William and Mary, Georgetown University and the University of Texas.
