Association Laboratory Presents at the Dubai Association Congress
Dean West, FASAE and President was invited to present at the Dubai Association Congress in February reflecting Association Laboratory’s recognized expertise in global association strategy. He is participating in two panels. First, Risky Business for Risk Averse Associations, outlining methods to identify, evaluate and manage business risk. Second, Roadmaps for Reinvention – Monetisation; Collaboration; Experimentation outlining the pathways modern associations are pursuing to reinvent themselves in a post-Pandemic world.
Association Laboratory to Present at the ASAE MMCC 2022 Conference in May
Nikki Shanks, CAE, MBA, Strategist, has been selected to speak at ASAE’s primary conference focused on membership, marketing, and communications. Her talk, titled DESTINATION DATA! 4 Trips to Take with Your Member Data, will help association leaders understand how best to improve their membership decision-making.
Association Laboratory to Present at ASAE Annual 2022 in August
- Dean West, FASAE and Nikki Shanks, CAE, MBA will be presenting and moderating “DEI is Important–Now What?” a masterclass on DEI based on Association Laboratory’s Looking Forward (DEI) 2022 study. The program is being conducted in collaboration with ASAE Foundation.
- Nikki Shanks, CAE, MBA and Nikki Golden, CAE, will present “Survey Says… Your Board did WHAT?” a fun Family Feud game that focuses on how to manage volunteer leaders
- Nikki Golden, CAE, in conjunction Elizabeth Moris and Annie Storey, CAE, representatives of the ASAE Marketing Advisory Council and the ASAE Component Relations and Volunteer Management Council, “No Volunteers? Maybe it’s Your Messaging,” which will focus on how you communicate volunteer opportunities with your members.
